May. That's all I've got.
Oh Hi! This blog really is for people who think about me who don't call me very often and are not on facebook and know how to use the internet. Basically, it's for my parents. Since my last entry Rob scanned our Polaroids from our NY trip. Also, Rob's sister got the photos I took of her so, I think it's safe to post a few. I'll be home in July, smell you later. OH I have been crafting my rear end off for the booth Gray and I are going to have in June at the Berkeley World Music Festival. Our booth will be called Moonshine & Molasses. I'll post photos of the finished products soon.

HI. Here is my ... quarterly entry.
To all who wonder what the crap is going on in California,
This morning my neighbor said, "It smells of snails today..." I agree. Smells like spring, but in a weird sticky way. I went home for the holidays solo. It was nice, got lots of quality family time and plan to go back and visit the fam with Rob in July for my cousin Brett's wedding. Strange how fast family can grow up and change. I can't wait for Rob to see fireworks over the St. Croix river and do some camping.
Let's see what else is new... I used one of our favorite customers/adopted grandmother Barbara Orlandi for a Tienda Ho postcard. The way she is dressed in the card is how she dresses every single day. I hope that when I'm her age I can become nearly as cool as she is. She is always full of life and laughing, never a sour moment. She makes no excuses for anyone and doesn't give a shit what anyone thinks of her. She is however, looking for a rich Spanish man to sweep her off her feet.
I've taken on the task of restoring some of our old family photos. They are so fascinating. I wish we could still get dressed up with finger curls like the old days. Here are a few.
Rob's sister is having a baby in just a few weeks. She had a baby shower in Cloverdale last month. It was an awesome get together. She is surrounded by some very cool people up there. Since I'm poor I offered to take some maternity photos of her. It was a jolly good time, Cloverdale is beautiful. I don't have permission to plaster those on the web...yet. So stay tuned.
Theresa came out for a visit. We knuckle-headed around the bay for 11 days. We even headed up to Reno to party with the cousins (crazy night). Turns out my little sister can be pretty cool. I had such a good time with her here even though she begged me to go to the beach(which is a sandy pain in the ass)... here are some of those photos.

Came across this today:
As you think so shall you be! Since you cannot physically experience another person, you can only experience them in your mind. Conclusion: All of the other people in your life are simply thoughts in your mind. Not physical beings to you, but thoughts. Your relationships are all in how you think about the other people of your life. Your experience of all those people is only in your mind. Your feelings about your lovers come from your thoughts. For example, they may in fact behave in ways that you find offensive. However, your relationship to them when they behave offensively is not determined by their behavior, it is determined only by how you choose to relate to that behavior. Their actions are theirs, you cannot own them, you cannot be them, you can only process them in your mind.
